A: Very, but like all devices that rely upon cellular networks to deliver information, they can fail. This is mainly due to cell sites being out of action or your vehicles may be in a bad reception area.

A: No, the Navstar unit store's all information and will then
download once it picks up a signal.

Q: How long does it take to install?
A: It takes between 40 - 60 minutes dependant upon the type of installation and vehicle.
